1) You can either order online through PAYPAL.

Or by post: ask for an orderform and return it with a cheque for the required amount.

2) NO VAT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR PRICES. THE FULL PRICES HAVE BEEN QUOTED!

3) All (non-trade) deliveries should be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Delivery will cost a minimum of £1.00 (delivery sent through Royal Mail).

4) For Trade deliveries there is a flat rate of £10.00. Delivery will be via Parcelforce Worldwide. You should receive your delivery within 3 - 7 working days (as long as payment

has cleared, or you have an account with us.

5) If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return or receive a refund for them within 14 days of receipt. Please return in original condition (please ask for proof of postage from the post office as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit) and you will receive your exchanged order within 5 - 7 working days (when in stock).
